Customers who have already reserved a parking space do not need to book the shuttle bus separately and are entitled to complimentary shuttle bus service. Customers can visit our Customer Support Office located on the ground floor to collect a shuttle bus assistance flyer or receive support from our onsite team.

Travelling with Children
Safety is our highest priority. Children under the age of seven are required to use either a booster or infant seat. Please inform our onsite team at least 30 minutes in advance if a seat is needed to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience.

Enjoy a hassle-free direct dropoff from our car park to your respective airport terminal, whether domestic or international, conveniently located just 4 and 12 minutes away, respectively.
Convenient Pickup
Our shuttle bus will bring you directly from the airport terminal to the car park. For our pickup service, request a shuttle bus from the website, or simply scan the QR code for directions and assistance at the Sydney Airport terminals. Alternatively, you can call 8060 5896 or 1800 289 289 upon arrival at the pickup point. Provide your terminal, name, and the number of passengers to our friendly onsite staff, who will promptly dispatch a shuttle bus.
Please Note: Our on-demand shuttle bus service strives to provide prompt pickup and dropoff services. However, delays may occur due to various factors, including but not limited to road and traffic conditions, airport congestion, shuttle bus availability, traffic between terminals and the car park, public holidays, and peak holiday periods. Customers are advised to contact Parking Link for pickup once they arrive at the designated terminal pickup point and should take into account the potential for delays based on the aforementioned factors.
